Aase Stenhouse is SVP, Talent & Culture at Rystad Energy.

Aase has over twenty years of experience in human resources and management consulting. Aase started their career at McKinsey & Company in 1997 as an IT specialist. In 2007, they were promoted to manager of professional development and operations. Aase left McKinsey in 2017 to become HR-direktør at Randstad Norway.

Aase is currently responsible for leading Rystad Energy’s talent and culture initiatives globally. Under their leadership, the company has been recognized as a top employer in Norway for four consecutive years.

Aase Stenhouse has a Master's Degree in Commerce from the University of Adelaide. Aase also has a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Management from the BI Norwegian Business School. In addition, they are a Microsoft Certified System Engineer from the IT-Akademiet.

Aase Stenhouse reports to Jarand Rystad, CEO. They are on a team with Vijay Krishnan - Partner & Head of Asia Pacific, Lars Eirik Nicolaisen - Senior Partner & Deputy CEO, and Per Magnus Nysveen - Senior Partner & Head of Analysis.
