Aase Stenhouse

Aase Stenhouse is currently serving as the SVP Talent & Culture at Rystad Energy. Prior to this role, Aase worked at Randstad Norway as the HR-direktør. With a background at McKinsey & Company, encompassing various roles such as Manager of Professional Development & Operations, Visual Aid Specialist, and IT-Specialist, Aase has a strong foundation in talent development and management. Aase holds a Master's Degree in Commerce from the University of Adelaide, a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Management from BI Norwegian Business School, and is a Microsoft Certified System Engineer from IT-Akademiet.
