Komola Israilova

Komola Israilova is an experienced talent management professional currently serving as a Talent Manager and Talent Generalist at Rystad Energy since May 2022, focusing on talent strategy for the EMEA region. Prior to this role, Komola worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Oslo, contributing to collaborative projects with the University of Luxembourg and at Frontier Research in Educational Measurement.
