Randy Kerlin has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Randy started their career in 2001 at State Farm Insurance as a Catastrophe Claims Adjuster. From 2003 to 2005, they worked at Foremost Insurance Company as a Field Claim Representative. In 2005, they joined Tower Hill Insurance Group as a Vendor Manager and remained in this role until 2013. Since then, they have held various positions at Rytech, Inc, including VP-Business Development from 2013 to 2014, Executive Vice President Operations from 2014 to 2017, and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer.
