Zack Kirscher

Zack Kirscher has a comprehensive work experience in the legal field. Zack is currently the VP of Legal Affairs at RYVYL, a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Counsel at RYVYL from May 2022 to April 2023. Before joining RYVYL, Zack was an Associate at Cooley LLP from April 2021 to May 2022. Zack also held the position of Associate at DLA Piper from September 2015 to April 2021. Earlier in their career, Zack worked as an Attorney at Gerson Law Firm APC from May 2013 to September 2015. Zack also gained experience as an Attorney at Assets Resolution Corporation from February 2013 to May 2013. Additionally, Zack served as a Law Clerk at Field and Goldberg, LLC from November 2010 to December 2012, and as a Legal Extern at Terraco Inc. from May 2010 to August 2010. Zack began their career as an intern at the Wisconsin State Assembly in the Office of Representative Jerry Petrowski from December 2007 to May 2009, and at the U.S. House of Representatives in the Office of Representative Paul Ryan from June 2008 to August 2008.

Zack Kirscher received a Juris Doctor degree with a Business Certificate from the Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology in 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Russian, with a Business Minor, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2009.
