Prasad has 18+ years of experience in legal, compliance, audits, corporate governance and information security.At AGS, he is responsible for contract management, compliance, key labor issues and litigation management. Prior to AGS, he held key roles with Ajuba Solutions as its Senior Manager and Company Secretary handling legal, compliance and secretarial areas.

Prasad is a qualified chartered accountant, awarded by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, cost accountant, awarded by Institute of cost and management accountants of India, company secretary (awarded by Institute of Company Secretaries of India) and holds a masters’ degree in commerce, from University of Madras.
