Elissa Hansen

Elissa is a Chartered Secretary with over 20 years’ experience as a company secretary and corporate governance professional. She has worked with boards and management of a range of ASX listed companies including assisting companies through the IPO process.

Her experience covers a variety of industries including resources, information technology, industrials and biotechnology. Elissa currently acts as the Company Secretary for a number of ASX listed companies, together with a portfolio of unlisted companies, offering best practice governance advice and ensuring compliance with the Listing Rules, Corporations Act and other relevant legislation.
