Joseph E. Clouatre is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the security and integration industry. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and Managing Partner at SAF Technologies, Inc. since July 2015, Joseph oversees operations in both the Electronic Security Integration Division and the Door & Door Hardware Division. In addition, Joseph founded Innovative Business Partners Inc. in June 2007, holding the title of CEO. Previous roles include President at Team AVS INC from 1992 to 2007, Assistant Vice President at SpectaGuard Inc. from 1987 to 1991, and Security Manager at Norton Company from 1972 to 1987.
