Tony Carter

Tony Carter is currently the Corporate Director of Health and Safety at S & B Infrastructure, Ltd. Since 1995, Tony has held the position of Corporate Safety Manager at S&B Engineers and Constructors, where Tony has also served as a Senior Safety Manager for specific projects. Previously, Tony worked as a Safety Supervisor at Brown & Root, INC, overseeing safety on a new construction project for Georgia Pacific. Tony studied at the University of Arkansas at Monticello and Trinidad State College.
