Mark O'Leary Mrics

Mark O'Leary MRICS is a Commercial Manager at SDC Builders Ltd with previous experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor and Quantity Surveyor. Prior to this, Mark worked as a Project Quantity Surveyor at EC Harris and as a Quantity Surveyor at Irvine Whitlock.
