Kiel VanTiem has worked in a variety of roles since 2005. Starting as an Associate Manager at Big Lots Stores, they then moved to SpeedConnect Wireless Internet, Television and Telephone as a Customer Sales and Support Representative. In 2015, they began working at Thomson Reuters as a Technical Customer Support Representative. In 2017, they joined ForeSee as an Application Support Engineer, where they implemented Single Sign-On, Adobe and Google Analytics Integrations, API, SFTP and Email Deployment. Kiel also gathered and provided supporting documentation for technical processes within the company, and managed SalesForce ticketing queue and delegate tasks in order to meet SLAs. In 2019, they moved to WorkForce Software as an Application Support Engineer, and is currently a Lead Support Engineer at S-Docs.

Kiel VanTiem is currently enrolled in Trailhead by Salesforce, where they are working towards becoming a Trailhead Ranger and Salesforce Certified Administrator. Additionally, they have attended Mott Community College, where they studied Network and System Administration/Administrator. In December 2021, Kiel obtained their Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce.
