David T. Kalman

David T. Kalman has a strong background in commercial brokerage, having worked as a Vice President at S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. and previously as a Senior Associate at Harrison & Bates and Colliers International. Prior to their career in real estate, David held various roles in investment and development entities, managing retail properties and overseeing tenant leases and financing. Additionally, David has experience in managing supermarket operations and co-owning a comedy club. David holds a BA in History from Virginia Commonwealth University, and has also attended Virginia Tech and Douglas S. Freeman High School.
