Ginny Davila

Ginny joined S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in 2009 and since joining the multifamily team, has successfully managed multiple communities and served as Marketing Manager. As the Director of Marketing, she is responsible for ensuring each community is setup for success. This includes analyzing ever-changing market trends, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and coaching on site leasing teams in the key areas of leasing/sales, resident retention and customer service.

The Multifamily Marketing Department team she leads is strategically comprised of well-rounded individuals that offer a collaboration of experience in leasing, management, financial analysis, sales and training. With a proven track record of success, they are experts in developing and maintaining integrated marketing plans that efficiently produce positive results.

Education Virginia Tech, Bachelor of Science in Finance.
