Jim Gresock

James is a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee. He manages the development process for projects from site selection through pre-development requirements and construction. He is involved in anchor-tenant and out-parcel transactions. James also has background in commercial brokerage and consulting, providing professional services in the areas of market research and evaluation, development consulting and management, and investment analysis.
