Jim Oakley

Jim joined S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in property and construction management in 1991. With an extensive background in construction management, Jim brings unique, senior-level experience to his portfolio of shopping centers. Areas of responsibility include daily operations, annual budget projections, financial analysis and liaison to property owners and tenants.

Education Graduate of Texas Military Academy and B.A. in Public Administration – West Texas A&M.
