Leszek Trzepla

Leszek Trzepla began their work experience in 2001 as a Sales Manager at Orange. Leszek then moved on to work at the Town Hall as a Buyer from 2004 to 2007. Following that, they worked at Aspel SA as an Export Manager from 2007 to 2008. In 2008, they became a Project Manager at GPI Sp. z o.o., and in 2010, they joined Orlen Oil Sp. z o.o. as an Area Sales Manager. Leszek later advanced to the role of Head of International Sales from 2013 to 2016. In 2017, they joined Appartme as the Head of Sales, where they were responsible for sales and operational management and business development until 2022. In 2022, they became the Vice President of Sales at S-Labs. Finally, in 2023, they joined EnAlpha as an Executive Board Member.

Leszek Trzepla completed their Bachelor's degree in Politics and International Affairs from Jagiellonian University in 2006. Leszek then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in European managerial studies MBA type from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie, where they attended from 2010 to 2012. Trzepla also attended Wyższa Szkoła Europejska im. Ks. Józefa Tischnera from 2007 to 2008, where they studied International Business Development. Finally, they completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in MBA Executive from Kozminski University, where they studied from 2015 to 2017.
