Marissa Daly

Marissa Daly has had the following work experience:

- Marissa is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at S.M. Hentges & Sons Inc since December 2022.

- Prior to that, they worked as a Personnel Officer at the Minnesota Army National Guard starting in January 2011.

- Marissa also served as the Human Resources Director at Tareen Dermatology from February 2022 to December 2022.

- From May 2016 to December 2017, they held the role of Senior Compensation Analyst at UnitedHealth Group, where they supported the compensation and HR decisions for OptumRx's 14,000 employees.

- Additionally, from October 2014 to May 2016, they worked as a Business Analyst at UnitedHealth Group, where they were responsible for operational analysis projects and operational reporting.

- Before that, they were an Executive Team Leader - Guest Experience at Target from October 2013 to October 2014, where they led a team and focused on sales goals and guest service experience. Marissa was also selected as the only Guest Experience Business College Trainer for Executives-In-Training within the district.

Marissa Daly completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Augsburg University, which they pursued from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from the College of Saint Benedict, where they studied from 2009 to 2012.
