Van Kight currently serves as the Vice President of Service at S.M. Lawrence - Comfort Systems USA since July 2019. Previously, Van held the position of General Manager at NATIONAL HVAC SERVICE from April 1999 to June 2019, focusing on overseeing divisional managers and ensuring the achievement of revenue goals and customer satisfaction. Early experience includes roles as a Service Technician at Lee Company, maintaining and repairing chilled water systems, as well as working as an HVAC Technician for Mid-State Air Conditioning and Heating and Levi Strauss & Company, where Van was involved in the repair and maintenance of HVAC units and controls.
