Heta Sovinen

Heta Sovinen has extensive experience in marketing and customer relationship management, currently serving as Marketing Manager at S-Pankki since September 2018. Previously, Heta held key roles at VR Group from October 2012 to August 2018, including Head of Customer Relations & Loyalty and Marketing Manager CRM, overseeing B2C customer relationship management and the development of the award-winning Veturi Loyalty Program. Heta's earlier experience includes a range of marketing and sales positions at Esport, a leading wellness company in the Nordics, where responsibilities encompassed marketing strategy, CRM activities, and team leadership in sales. Heta holds a degree from the Turku School of Economics at the University of Turku, completed in 2002.
