Nutan Singh

Nutan Singh is currently working as an Associate in Regulatory Advisory Services at S.R. Dinodia & Co. LLP since February 2023. Prior to this, Nutan was an Assistant Company Secretary at THE CORPEX SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED from September 2021 to January 2023. Nutan holds a Master's degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Nutan also has a Bachelor of Laws degree from Janhit College of Law and a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) degree from Delhi University. Additionally, Nutan has completed Crash Courses in Labour Law and Social Audit from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
