Ruwayda Geyer

Ruwayda Geyer is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR at S-RM. Prior to this, Ruwayda worked as an HR Manager at Roche where Ruwayda focused on strategic HR, organizational development, performance management, remuneration and benefits, talent management, training and development, recruitment and selection, and policies and procedures. Ruwayda also has experience as an HR Officer at The Vineyard Hotel & Spa and as an HR Administrator at Walmart. Ruwayda has a Master of Business Administration from The London School of Economics and Political Science, a Btech in Human Resource Management from Cape Peninsula University of Technology, and a National Diploma in Human Resources Management from the same institution.
