Pavan Rayagoudnavar

Pavan Rayagoudnavar is a seasoned NAV/BC Developer with extensive experience in enterprise resource planning and project management across multiple industries. Currently employed at Hopsteiner since March 2022, Pavan focuses on understanding business requirements, designing solutions, and providing user training. Prior to this, experience includes working as an Enterprise Resource Planning Specialist at Kalera, implementing Business Central in various locations, and a Manager at PAYBACK, where Pavan oversaw the configuration and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics NAV across multiple countries. Pavan's technical background includes roles as Senior Engineer ERP at QuEST and IT-ERP Support at Southern Power Equipment Company, along with an early career as a Trainee at the Central Power Research Institute. Pavan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
