David Avery

David Avery has a diverse work experience in the dental industry, starting as a Removable Prosthetics Manager in 1986 and progressing to roles such as Director of Laboratory Sales at SS White Dental and President at David Avery Consulting, LLC. David also has experience in various advisory and consulting roles, including serving as a Business Advisor at Amann Girrbach NA. David has contributed to leading organizations such as Drake Precision Dental Laboratory and Aegis Publishing in key managerial and consulting positions. Additionally, they have been involved in academia as an Independent Consultant at VCU School of Dentistry and served as the Chairman of the Prosthopedia Content Task Force at the Dental Technician Alliance of the American College of Prosthodontics. David'smost recent role has been as a KOL at Zimbis since 2023.

David Avery obtained their AAS in Dental Laboratory Technology from Durham Technical Community College in 1976. David also received certifications in Crown and Bridge, Ceramics, and Complete Denture programs from PTC Verification 2000. In 1982, David became a Certified Dental Technician through the National Board for Certification Dental Technology.
