Jeff Friedman has over 34 years of experience in the technology industry. Jeff began their career in 1986 at Electronic Data Systems in various leadership positions. In 2000, they were promoted to Senior Business Development Executive, where they managed sales pursuits and identified a pipeline of over $300M annually. Jeff closed 75 opportunities annually, and won a full outsourcing deal valued at $110M over 10 years. In 2006, they were promoted to Client Sales Executive at Electronic Data Systems. In 2008, they moved to Tata Consultancy Services Limited as Regional Director Sales for the Southeast, where they exceeded sales quota all years. In 2011, they moved to Infosys Limited as Senior Client and Business Development Executive, where they drove Infosys' first US eCommerce and Mobility application development contract for a Fortune 500 industrial supply company. In 2013, they moved to IBM as an Associate Partner and Business Development Executive for the Chemicals, Petroleum and Industrial Products Industries. In 2018, they became a Partner at WEM Modeler, helping enterprises accelerate realization of business initiatives while driving down expense. In 2019, they founded and became Principal of 3rd Street IT Consulting, LLC, and was also Head of Sales and Business Development for BizCloud Experts. Most recently, in 2020, they were appointed Vice President, Delivery and Customer Success at S-Square Systems, Inc.
Jeff Friedman earned a Bachelor of Science - BS in Business major with a Computer Science minor from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Jeff also attended the University of Pittsburgh, studying Computer Science and Business Administration. In addition, they have obtained two certifications from IBM: an Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner in July 2016 and an IBM Selling Profession Certification - Level II Expert in February 2016.
