Alex Alpern

Alex Alpern has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. In 2007, they became a General Partner at Apaxys Global Ventures, where they worked until 2009. Alex also served on the executive committee at Silicon Valley Open Doors from 2007 to 2010. In 2008, Alpern co-founded Foodik.ru and later became the CEO and Founder of Webinar Group, leading it to become a leading company in video conferencing and collaboration in Eastern Europe. Webinar Group was acquired by MTS Group in 2022. Additionally, Alpern joined Dostavista.global as a Board Member in 2018. Currently, they are a Partner and Co-Founder at S16VC, a position they have held since 2020.

From 2000 to 2006, Alex Alpern attended the Moscow Institute of Electronics and Mathematics (Technical University), where they earned a Master of Science degree in Mathematics.
