Caitlin Helm

Caitlin Helm, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Caitlin is currently serving as the Director of People & Culture at S2 Capital, a position they have held since July 2023. Prior to this role, they were the Manager of People & Culture at S2 Capital from October 2020 to July 2023.

Before joining S2 Capital, Caitlin worked at Hilton as a Revenue Specialist from March 2020 to June 2020. Caitlin also gained experience as a Human Resources Coordinator-Temporary at Spire Hospitality from January 2020 to March 2020.

Caitlin's earlier work experience includes serving as an Assistant General Manager at Best Western Premier Bryan College Station from April 2019 to December 2019, an Operations Manager at Best Western Premier Bryan College Station from January 2019 to April 2019, and a Summer Intern/Front Desk Agent at Best Western Premier Bryan College Station from May 2018 to January 2019.

Caitlin also interned at Best Western Premier from June 2017 to August 2017 and at Alliance Bank from May 2016 to July 2016. Caitlin's earliest work experience was as a Sales Clerk at Cody Drug from June 2013 to November 2014.

Caitlin Helm received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Texas A&M University. Caitlin studied at the university from 2015 to 2018. In addition to their degree, they obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in June 2023.
