Paul Phillips is an accomplished baseball professional with extensive experience in player development and coaching. Currently serving as the Director of Baseball/Softball Development at S2Cognition since June 2018, Paul previously held positions as Catching Coordinator and AAA Hitting Coach with the Miami Marlins from November 2015 to June 2018, and as a Baseball Coach at Lipscomb University from September 2012 to November 2015. Paul’s career includes 15 years as a Major League Baseball catcher with teams such as the Kansas City Royals, Chicago White Sox, and Colorado Rockies. Paul holds a degree in Human Environmental Science from The University of Alabama and an Associate of Arts from Meridian Community College.
