Jonathan Gray

Jonathan Gray has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and companies. Jonathan began their career as an Account Executive at MRP in December 2017, later transitioning to the role of Team Lead in July 2018. In November 2018, they took on the position of Corporate Trainer, where they analyzed key metrics to identify training needs and implemented structured training sessions. From August 2019 to August 2021, Jonathan served as an Onboarding Manager at MRP, working with Account Executives to exceed productivity goals.

In August 2021, Jonathan joined S2W Media as a Global Training Manager and was subsequently promoted to the position of Director of Delivery & Training in January 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Delivery and Training (Operations) at S2W Media, where they are responsible for overseeing delivery and training operations. Prior to their roles in the corporate sector, Jonathan worked as a School Administrator at Belfast Metropolitan College from January 2016 to August 2021, where they managed multiple full-time and part-time courses, handled enrollments, and organized recruitment events.

Jonathan Gray completed a Master's Degree in International Business at Queen's University Belfast from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University from 2012 to 2015. Additionally, at The Manchester Metropolitan University, they also studied Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services during the same time period.
