Naveen Shrivastava

Naveen Shrivastava has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Naveen is currently the Director of Operations at S2W Media since December 2020. Prior to that, Naveen worked at Amazon from 2012 to 2018, where they held positions such as Group Manager and CS Manager. At Teleperformance (Erstwhile Serco), they worked as a Team Leader in 2012. Naveen also gained experience at HSBC as an Assistant Manager from 2006 to 2012 and at HSBC-HDPI as an Assistant Manager of Operations from 2003 to 2012. Naveen started their career as a Quality Analyst at Srimata Cyber services PVT LTD in 2002.

Naveen Shrivastava completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Commerce from Andhra University, where they studied from 1997 to 2000. Prior to that, they completed their intermediate studies in Commerce from Kendriya Vidyalaya between 1994 and 1996. Naveen also holds several additional certifications, including Business Process Improvement, Diploma in Viral Marketing, Entrepreneurship Foundations, Sustainability Strategies, Supply Chain Foundations, Scrum: The Basics, Six Sigma: Green Belt, Social Media Marketing: Social CRM, 5 Personal Finance Tips, Business Analysis Foundations, Lean Foundations, and Operational Excellence Foundations, which were obtained between 2018 and 2019 from various institutions such as LinkedIn and Shaw Academy.
