Previously, Richard worked at Honeywell for over three decades, where Richard held roles such as Sr. Licencing Manager, Platform Leader Japan/Program Director, Regional Account Manager, Business Manager, Customer Support Specialist, and Account Representative. Richard is a graduate of Western New England University with a degree in Finance/Economics and holds a Green Belt Certification.
