Rana Ghaoui

Rana Ghaoui is a seasoned professional in business transformation and advisory services, currently serving as Senior Director of Business Transformation at Interpublic Group (IPG) since November 2020, following a tenure as Director of Business Transformation. Prior to IPG, Rana spent nearly a decade at EY, advancing from Senior Manager in People Advisory Services to leading the Organizational Capability Excellence Offering. Rana earlier held roles focused on performance improvement and finance at PwC, starting as a Senior Consultant and progressing to Manager in Performance Improvement.
