Magdalena Swiatek

Magdalena Świątek, FCCA, a Polish Certified Auditor, currently serves as the Managing Director at S4E S.A. and the Director of Finance at ALSO Polska Sp. z o.o. since October 2017. With extensive experience in finance management, team leadership, and accounting advisory services, Magdalena's responsibilities include implementing financial strategies, optimizing cash management, and ensuring compliance with IFRS and local regulations. Additionally, as a lecturer at Związek Maklerów i Doradców, Magdalena educates investment advisers on IFRS and Polish Accounting Act. Prior roles include Director at FL Accounting and Manager at KPMG, where expertise in financial processes, auditing, and advisory projects was developed. Magdalena holds a Master Engineer degree in Management and Engineering of Production from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business and has completed post-graduate studies at Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Science.
