Garry Craft has extensive experience in various roles within the retail and hospitality industry. Garry has worked as a Managing Director at S4labour, where they helped independent owners simplify their payroll processes. Prior to this, they served as an Associate at ReThink Productivity, where they conducted labor management and shopper experience studies for various organizations. Garry also worked as a Project Manager at A.F. Blakemore & Son Ltd and Wickes, and as a Store Improvement Manager at LloydsPharmacy. Additionally, they have held roles such as Sales Development at Majestic Wine, Retail Associate at Blueshoes, and Proposition Development at Celesio UK. Garry's experience includes developing store formats, improving sales, implementing labor scheduling solutions, and delivering customer service training programs. Garry has achieved significant improvements in operating contribution and sales.
Garry Craft holds a BSc degree in Economics and Computer Science from the University of Leeds, which they completed from 1979 to 1982. Garry also pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from Henley Business School, from 1987 to 1988.
