Ganesh Bhere has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Ganesh started their career as a Process Engineer at L & T Chiyoda Ltd in July 2008 and worked there until September 2011. Ganesh then joined Institute Of Chemical Technology as a Research Associate from January 2012 to April 2013. Following that, they became a Consultant at WFCFD Advanced Techno Services Pvt. Ltd. from September 2011 to May 2013. Currently, Ganesh is the Co-Founder and Lead for Business Development at S4S Technologies since May 2013.
Ganesh Bhere completed a Diploma in Business Management from Welingkar Institute of Management in 2012-2013. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2008, they pursued a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Institute Of Chemical Technology.

S4S Technologies is a decentralized agri-processing platform serving shelf-stable, nutrition-rich, and convenience foods to industrial kitchens and packaged food companies. S4S’s preservative-free, shelf-stable, lightweight, fully traceable, ready to use vegetables replace fresh supplies in these industrial applications. In doing so, S4S saves customers time, purchase hurdles, and daily cooking efforts still delivering products always at a lesser price than the market price. At the heart of the S4S business model is the solar-powered food dehydration system operated by women micro-entrepreneurs(ME). S4S works with MEs to convert produce into non-perishable by providing them with the right combination of technology, finance, and market. The non-perishable produce is made fit for the customer at the central facility and supplied as food ingredients to Food and Beverage Industry. Serving over 850 small and large customers, S4S works with 260 small MEs in 14 villages in Maharashtra and Odisha in India and processing 13,500 tons of produce.
