Tushar Gaware has a strong background in research and development in the food industry. Tushar started their career as a Research Associate at the Institute of Chemical Technology in 2012, where they worked until 2013. After that, they joined S4S Technologies as a Lead in Research and Development from 2013 to 2016. Tushar then took on roles as Lead in Technology Commercialization and Production from 2016 to 2019, Lead in Central Production Unit and Quality Control from 2019 to 2021, and Business Unit Head in the Market Link Business Division from 2021 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Lead in Food R&D and Value Added Products at S4S Technologies.

Tushar Gaware earned a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. PHARM) degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, and Pharmacology from Savitribai Phule Pune University in 2004. Tushar then pursued a Master of Technology (M. TECH.) in Bioprocess Technology at the Institute Of Chemical Technology, graduating in 2007. Following this, they completed a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D. Tech.) degree in Bioprocess Technology, Food Dehydration, and Chemical Engineering from the same institute in 2012. Additionally, Tushar Gaware obtained certification in Leadership for Growth from the Amani Institute in 2020.
