Gwen Imbert

Gwen Imbert has extensive experience in retail and management, currently serving as Learning and Development Manager and Project Manager at Brico since December 2008. In these roles, Gwen focuses on the development and implementation of internal projects related to workplace methodologies, as well as enhancing the skills of store staff and management in areas such as customer service, sales, coaching, and communication. Prior to joining Brico, Gwen held various managerial positions, including Store Manager at Texaco and Carrefour, and a department manager role at herpain sa. Gwen's career in retail began at Accor as a Shift Leader in Reception, and Gwen holds a CESS degree in Economics from college Jean XXIII.
