Mr Wan is a Director of Victoria Power Networks Pty Ltd and its subsidiary companies. He has worked for the

Power Assets Group since 1978 and was Group Managing Director of Power Assets Holdings Limited from

January 2013 to January 2014. He is the Chief Executive Officer and an Executive Director of HK Electric

Investments Limited, an Executive Director of HK Electric Investments Manager Limited which is the trusteemanager of HK Electric Investments, and Managing Director of The Hongkong Electric Company Limited. Mr

Wan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and is also a Chartered Engineer. He is an

Honorary Fellow of the Energy Institute in the United Kingdom, a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and

Technology and an Honorary Fellow of The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers.
