HL Kam

Mr Kam is a Director of SA Power Networks. He is also a Director of Victoria Power Networks Pty Ltd and

Australian Gas Networks. In addition, he is the Group Managing Director of CK Infrastructure Holdings

Limited, Deputy Managing Director of CK Hutchison Holdings Limited and CK Asset Holdings Limited, as well

as President of CK Life Sciences Int’l (Holdings) Inc. Mr Kam is also Chairman of Hui Xian Asset Management

Limited, which manages Hui Xian Real Estate Investment Trust, a real estate investment trust listed on the

Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and a Master’s

degree in Business Administration.
