Cheslin Botes

Cheslin Botes has a diverse work experience in the finance and accounting field. Cheslin is currently working at SA Taxi since 2021, holding positions such as Financial Manager: Asset Backed Lending and Senior Accountant - Debt & Credit Provider Management. Prior to this, Cheslin worked at EY as a Supervisor in Accounting, Compliance & Reporting from 2019 to 2021. Before that, they worked as an Accountant at TreasuryOne (Pty) Ltd from 2017 to 2019. Cheslin also gained experience as a Trainee Accountant at RVN (Empowerment, Accounting & Corporate Services) from 2014 to 2017.

Cheslin Botes obtained a postgraduate degree in Financial Accounting from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika. Cheslin attended this institution from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2013, they completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a specialization in Accounting from the University of Johannesburg. In addition to their formal education, Cheslin Botes also obtained the SAIPA Articles certification from the South African Institute of Professional Accountants (SAIPA) in January 2014.
