Charlotte van der Meersch

Charlotte Van der Meersch is an experienced change leader currently serving as Change Lead at SA Water since October 2023. With a long-standing tenure at RAA from January 2010, Charlotte has held various roles including Program Change Manager for Member360 & Digital Transformation, Organisational Change Manager, Change Manager for the CARS Program, Organisation Development Consultant, and Brand Manager in Market & Product Development. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Research Analyst focusing on Retail and Consumer Goods at McKinsey & Company from August 2001 to August 2008. Charlotte holds degrees in English and Dutch Linguistics & Literature from Université catholique de Louvain and in Business Economics from Vlekho (Vlaamse Ekonomische Hogeschool).
