Fredrik Widahl

Fredrik Widahl is a seasoned professional in technical product leadership and system architecture, currently serving as the Technical Product Lead for Fighter Radar at Saab since April 2024. Prior to this role, Fredrik accumulated extensive experience at Husqvarna Group, where roles included Solution Train Engineer and Solution Architect focused on autonomous operations, as well as senior positions in system architecture. Experience at Volvo Cars involved leading efforts in autonomous drive strategies and architecture development, while earlier roles at Volvo Group encompassed compliance-related projects and telematics system architecture. Fredrik's career also features project management and system development roles at companies such as DevPort AB, Semcon, Evidente, Tritech Engineering AB, and Caran Electronics AB. Education includes a B.Sc.E.E. in Electrical, Electronics, and System Design from Chalmers University of Technology, along with leadership training from Volvo Group University and a strategic technology development program at Odisea.
