Jens Fredensborg

Jens Fredensborg is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and HR management. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Saab since January 2018, Jens has also held roles including Interim Head of Career Center and Recruiter. Prior to Saab, Jens founded Tribucon, providing HR consulting services, and has a certification as a Team Coach from the Eccom Institute. Jens's background includes positions such as Regional Sales & Key Account Manager at Logent AB, Sales Manager at Great Market Interaction, and Partner/Business Area Manager at StudentConsulting. Early career experience spans human resources roles at Atlas Copco and management positions at Thomas Cook, alongside military service in the Danish Army. Jens holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and Psychology from Örebro University.
