Katarina Midfors

Katarina Midfors is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in flight operations and engineering management. Currently serving as the Deputy Head of Flight Operations at Saab since September 2018, Midfors oversees departments that deliver Air Navigation Services and Corporate Flight Services. Prior to this, Midfors held various leadership roles at Combitech Sverige, including Business Area Manager and Key Account Manager, managing teams of 30-40 technology consultants. With a long tenure at Ericsson AB from 1994 to 2013, Midfors gained expertise as Project Office Manager and Customer Project Manager, leading numerous international projects in mobile systems. Midfors holds a Master of Science degree from Linköping University and a Master's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the same institution.
