Laercio Pereira has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources for Brazil at Saab. Previous roles include HR Manager for Hydro Latin America at Alstom Power, HR Manager for Brazil at Ahlstrom, HR and HS&E Manager at Cameron Co. - Valves Division, and HR Manager and LAR South Business Partner at Eastman Kodak Company. Laercio Pereira holds a degree in Change Management and Human Resources Development from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, completed in 2013, and a Professional Coach certification from the International Association of Coaching, obtained in 2016.
