Lena Hallgren has extensive experience in the aerospace and defense industries, currently serving as the Head of Business Unit Airborne Early Warning at Saab since October 2011. Throughout her tenure at Saab, Lena has held various leadership roles including Head of Product Unit Airborne Solutions, Head of Business Unit Aeronautical Solution, Contract Responsible, and Deputy Head of Business Unit Lifecycle Logistics. Prior to Saab, Lena worked as a Sales & Marketing Manager at Vattenfall Power Consultant and as an Area Sales Manager at Hilti Svenska AB. Lena's early career included positions as Manager of Spares Sales at Saab Aerotech and Project Manager at Saab Aerosystems. Lena holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Linköping University, earned between 1995 and 2001.
