Per-Ola Hedin

Per-Ola Hedin is the Chief Engineer Submarine A26 at Saab Kockums, bringing over three decades of experience in submarine development and naval architecture. They served as a Submarine Officer in the Swedish Armed Forces before advancing to leadership roles at Kockums, where they oversaw multiple departments and led significant submarine projects. Currently, Per-Ola is the technical lead for Sweden's HMS Blekinge and HMS Skåne submarines, establishing the Chief Engineer Office and integrating advanced defense systems. They hold a Master's in Naval Architecture and a Master in Behavioral Science, reflecting a blend of technical and leadership skills.
