Rune Brännström

Rune Brännström is an experienced software engineer and project manager currently serving as a Software Product Manager at Saab since September 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing underwater vehicle software, managing development backlogs, and leading a team of 10-12 developers. Prior experience includes roles as a Strategic Product Manager and System Area Responsible at Ericsson, where involvement encompassed product roadmap maintenance and technical studies within BSS/BSC systems. Previous positions include Senior Consultant at Enea Software, founder and owner at Indesign Consulting AB, Systems Architect at Bull, and Section Manager at Diab Data, complemented by earlier software development roles at Computas Micro A/S and Norsk Data A/S. Rune holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Linköping University and a technical high school degree from Dragonskolan.
