Sibusiso Mncwabe

Sibusiso Mncwabe is an accomplished Sales Director at Marketing Well since August 2015, where responsibilities include planning, forecasting, and managing a team while developing sales strategies that enhance customer value. In addition to this role, Sibusiso serves as the Chairperson of the Board for EXSA since September 2021 and KZN Treasurer at SAACI Official since June 2020. Previous experience includes working as a Global Brands Beer Merchant at SABMiller, where relationship building and brand advocacy were key priorities, and as part of the Experiential Events team at South African Breweries, focused on consumer engagement. Early career experience includes a project management role at Scan Display Solutions and customer service at MTN.
