Carlos Pacho Olivé has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Starting in 2008, they worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Aplicaciones Electromec for six months. From 2010 to 2011, they served as a Research Assistant at Departamento S.Stecco, where they worked on special test benches and designed prototypes. Carlos then joined Maker-Farms as an Industrial Engineer from 2012 to 2013. Carlos worked as a Technical Staff Sales at CELSA GROUP from July 2013 to November 2014. Carlos then became self-employed and worked as a Engineer in the field of engineering services from September 2015 to October 2016. Carlos joined Monocrom in November 2014 and held multiple roles, including Hair Removal Sales Manager, Dermatology Sales Manager, and Key Account Manager LATAM and North America from 2014 to 2017. From February 2019 to November 2022, they served as a Country Manager at UBI Solutions, where they managed a team of experts in engineering solutions. Currently, Carlos is the Sales & Business Development Director at SAALG Geomechanics, starting in January 2023.

Carlos Pacho Olivé has a diverse education history spanning various fields. In 2004, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. Carlos then pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering specializing in Structures from the same university in 2011.

In 2008, Carlos also completed a Master's degree in prevention of Risks at work specializing in Ergonomics and Applied Psychosociology from IMF Smart Education. Additionally, in 2008 and 2011, they worked on a Final Year Project and obtained a degree from Università degli Studi di Firenze, focusing on R+D.

Moving into the field of Marketing, Carlos undertook an Executive Master's in Marketing and Sales at Esade in 2016. In the same year, they also pursued a Digital Marketing program at the Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business, specializing in the Silicon Valley context. Furthermore, in 2018, Carlos completed a Sales and Operation Planning course at Slimstock Academy.

In terms of additional certifications, Carlos obtained a "Growth Strategy Mentorizado" certification from GrowthHackingCourse in November 2021.
