Laia Gelonch Roca

Laia Gelonch Roca is an experienced geologist with a strong background in seismic analysis and geotechnical engineering. Currently serving as an Ingeniera geóloga at SAALG Geomechanics since October 2018, Laia has previously worked as a sismóloga at the Institut Cartogràfic i Geològic de Catalunya, where responsibilities included seismic data analysis and updating seismic characterizations for Spanish nuclear sites. Prior experience as an Ingeniera geóloga at PRO GEO Geotechnical Consultants involved report writing, terrain characterization, foundation calculations, and project management collaboration. Laia holds a Master's degree in Geological and Mining Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Geological Engineering from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
