Malaikannan Sankarasubbu

Malaikannan Sankarasubbu is the Chief Technology and AI Officer at Saama since August 2017, focusing on accelerating clinical trials through artificial intelligence. Previously, Malaikannan held the position of Vice President of AI Research at Saama, optimizing clinical trial processes with AI technologies. Prior to this role, Malaikannan founded Datalog.ai and served as Chief Technology Officer, developing the MyPolly chatbot platform. Earlier experiences include technical architecture in big data and predictive analytics at Saama, as well as consulting roles at UnitedHealth Group and Cognizant Technology Solutions. Malaikannan holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology from SSN College of Engineering, obtained in 2004.
